Device Direct Bonus

You can earn 20%, 35% or 40% on the Bonus Volume from the Devices and upgrades that you sell each month! The amount you earn is based on your total Device Personal Volume from your Customers and your personally sponsored (Level 1) Independent Healy World Members (IHWM). This bonus is paid on a weekly and monthly basis. 20% will be paid weekly and any remaining amount that you’ve earned by qualifying for 40% will be paid with your monthly bonus earnings. When the Device Direct Bonus is paid on a device or upgrade, the Bonus Volume for all other bonuses will be reduced to 60% of the original BV.

RDP (3-Months Rolling Device Points): Total number of Direct sales (of devices or upgrades) you did in the present month and the past 2 months.

Downline Volume: Total volume generated by you and your entire enrolment genology in that calender month. (Example- A Resonance sold by you or any of your downlines generate 750 DV)

Enr Leg (Enrolment Leg): Each Member sponsored by you is an enrollment leg for you and the total volume generated by him/ her is corresponding Leg Volumes.
Outside Volume: Total volume that exists outside of your two largest Legs.

Example: To be Paid as rank DIRECTOR in a month, your RDP should be 2+ DOWNLINE VOLUME 13k or more and atleast 2 legs with minimum Leg Volumes 3500 each plus total 1950 DOWNLINE VOLUME or more outside the top 2 legs.

Fast Start Bonuses

This bonus is paid on the bonus volume from the devices and upgrades sold and purchased by the IHWMs and their customers on levels 1 and 2 in your sales group, regardless of their titles. A Member whom you directly sponsored is your Level 1 and a member whom he directly sponsored is your Level 2. The percentage you earn and the number of levels you are paid on are based on your paid as title in the month (refer to the table given below). 
If your Level 1 hasn't done any sales in that month then he will be compressed (rollup) and your Level 2 will be considered as your Level 1, provided he has done some sales and so on.

A, B, C D, E are your Level 1. A1, A2, D1, D2, E1 are your Level 2. If A dosnt have any personal volume in the month ‘X’ then A1 is your Level 1 for that month (compression/ rollup). Similar rollup also applies for Level 2. In any leg 1st member with non zero sales volume is your level 1 and 2nd member with non zero sales volume is your level 2.

Advancement Bonuses

When you advance to TM, STM, and ETM for the first time, you will receive a one-time bonus for each advancement. If you advance multiple times at the same time, then you will receive the bonus for each title! When you have someone in your sales group that advances to one of these titles and you are the first upline with an equal or higher career Title, then you will receive a Matching Bonus, provided you are also paid as an equal or higher title that month.

EDIR: When you advance to the EDIR Title for the 1st time you will receive a one-time bonus of Rs 2.64 lacs.
EVP: When you advance to EVP for the 1st time, you can earn up to Rs 17.62 lacs in 5 monthly payouts of Rs 3.52 lacs each within the next 6 months. In the first month, you are paid Rs 3.52 lacs and then you may earn the remaining 4 bonuses by being paid as EVP or higher at least 4 out of 5 following months.
EPRES: When you advance to EPRES for the 1st time, you can earn up to Rs 2.2 cr in 10 monthly payouts of Rs 22 lacs each within the next 12 months. In the first month, you are paid Rs 22 lacs and then you may earn the remaining 9 bonuses by being paid as EP or higher atleast 9 out of 11 following months.

Dual Bonus

If you are TM or above you qualify for the Dual Bonus. It is paid on Bonus Volume in your Dual Sales Team and from your PBV. Each time you enroll a new member, you have to place him to either your left or to your right side and they will be automatically placed in the next available outside position at the bottom. Your dual team will grow through not just by your efforts, but also of your entire uplines and downlines.

Suppose A is your sponsor, who also sponsored D,E & C. You Sponsored G, I, B & J. G Sponsored H. Diagram shows sale within one calender month. We take 60% of actual PVs for the calculations of Dual Bonus. For Professional 60% of 2000 is 1200 PV, so on.  The Leg with lower volume is your Pay Leg (Here Left leg). You get x% of the (Pay leg Vol + Your PBV above 200). Here x is determined using the table below as per your paid as rank that month. Here you purchased a Reso so your PBV is 450 hence you will be paid Dual Bonus on (450-200). Suppose your are ETM that month so you get 12% of [1950+(450-200)] i.e. 264 PV i.e. 264 Euro i.e. 264x88.11 Rs as the Dual Bonus that month. Here Carry Over Volume (COV) is 2100-1950 i.e. 150 which will be carried over to the next cycle in the Right Leg.

Leader Pool

When you are paid as an EDIR or higher atleast two of the three months of a quarter, you may participate in the Leader Pool. You will earn shares each month based on your paid-as title as shown in the table and 1 share for each block of 1,00,000 Downline Volume.  This pool shares 1% of the quarterly total company Bonus Volume equally among all shares awarded for the quarter.

Check Match Bonuses

When you are paid as an DIR or higher, you may earn LCM on the Dual Bonus and MCB earnings of the ETMs in your sales group. When you are paid as an EVP or higher, you may earn SLCM on the Dual Bonus and MCB earnings of the EDIRs in your sales group. For both LCM and SLCM the percentages and the number of generations deep you are paid are based on your paid-as title for the month.
